Er. Bijay R. Bhattarai
Founder & CEO
Bijay R. Bhattarai, Founder and CEO of Namaste Village Inc., is an accomplished entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of successful ventures across multiple industries. With a strong foundation in both academic and professional fields, he began his business journey in 1996 with Biraj Engineering Services in Nepal, providing expert electrical, refrigeration, and air conditioning services, and became a licensed HVAC professional in the USA.
Mr. Bhattarai’s educational background includes a Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, two Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Managerial Science, and he is currently a PhD candidate focusing on Data Analytics using Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Bhattarai’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in the diverse businesses. In 2013, he established Nepa-IT LLC, a software training and development company, followed by Tutor Club USA in 2016, which provides educational and professional services.
In 2019, Mr. Bhattarai ventured into the retail business and the real estate industry. With a successfully delivered project record in real estate in past 6 years in the land development and real estate project management, Mr. Bhattarai has positioned Namaste Village as a leader in the residential development sector. His expertise, vision, and ability to work with team, make him a compelling figure in housing development for home buyers, investors, and business partners looking to collaborate on innovative andsuccessful projects in real estate and beyond.
Keshav R. Gnawali, P.E.
Development Advisor
Keshav R. Gnawali, PE is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the state of
Texas, with more than 16 years of diverse industry experience. Keshav earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tribhuvan University in Nepal and completed his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 2008. Throughout his career, Keshav has gained substantial expertise in designing, managing, and overseeing civil engineering projects of varying scales. His broad experience includes floodplain modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of both natural and man-made drainage
Keshav has contributed as a design engineer on multiple high profile projects, applying advanced engineering principles to solve complex challenges related to water resources and infrastructure. His work in stormwater management has ranged from small residential developments to large municipal projects. Over the years, Keshav has also developed a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in civil engineering, particularly as they relate to floodplain administration.
Currently, Keshav serves as a Drainage Engineer and Floodplain Administrator for a municipality, where he plays a key role in managing floodplain regulations, evaluating hydrologic models, and ensuring that development projects comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.Currently, he is serving as a Managing Engineer in Trinity Estate Subdivision development on behalf of Namaste Village Inc.
Satish Tripathi, P.E.
Development Advisor
Satish Tripathi, P.E. is a professional civil engineer and a managing engineer in Water Infrastructure Planning Group under Houston Water. Mr. Tripathi is responsible for planning water infrastructure to serve more than 5 million people in the Greater Houston Region. Mr. Tripathi is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Water Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station.
Mr. Tripathi holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He has more than 17 years of experience modeling and planning water and wastewater systems. He is presently serving as a co-lead of SWAN Digital Twin Architecture Group. Mr. Tripathi has been nominated for Duke’s Water Innovation Leadership Development (WILD) Fellowship for 2022-2023.
Originally from Nepal, where he began his career in the hydropower sector,Mr. Tripathi has contributed significantly to river basin master planning, hydraulic modeling, and the design of hydropower structures across Nepal and Southeast Asia. His tenure in the Ministry of Water Resources of Nepal lasted four years before moving to the USA in 2012.Additionally, he mentors cities in Nepal for the Smart City Initiative, showcasing his commitment to advancing water infrastructure and management globally.Currently, he is serving as a Managing Engineer in Trinity Estate Subdivision development on behalf of Namaste Village Inc.
Krishna Neupane, P.E.
Development Advisor
Krishna Neupane holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), earned in 2016. With over 14 years of diverse experience in the civil engineering industry, he has expertise spanning design, construction, and project management.
Mr. Neupane began his career in Nepal after graduating from Pulchowk Engineering Campus in 2010. Between 2010 and December 2013, he worked in civil construction, gaining hands-on experience in various disciplines and managing projects as a project engineer. Following his academic journey in the U.S., Krishna expanded his knowledge through roles in both private consulting firms and multiple state Departments of Transportation (DOTs).He accumulated 3.5 years of experience at the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJ-DOT), where he served as a Resident Engineer (RE) managing repair and maintenance projects, with a specialization in
stormwater drainage systems. Since 2021, Krishna has been working with the Texas Department of Transportation (TX-DOT) as a Transportation Engineer, focusing on bridge design. Krishna’s career reflects a strong commitment to civil engineering excellence, with a blend of international and U.S. experience in both public and private sectors. Currently, he is serving as a Managing Engineer in Trinity Estate Subdivision development on behalf of Namaste Village Inc.
